Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a corporation in Minneapolis on a temporary basis. This engagement is anticipated to last 3+ months with an onsite work model.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, leases, licenses, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Support commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing matters.
  • Conduct and oversee real estate due diligence, including title and survey review.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external parties to facilitate successful transaction execution and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law.
  • 3+ years of experience practicing real estate law, with significant focus on title and survey review.
  • Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, sales, development, and financing.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with real estate agreements and related legal documents.
  • Knowledge of title, survey, and due diligence review processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
